Disclosure of purchase orders over $2 million
The Crown Contracts Confidentiality Policy provides that contracts valued at more than $2 million
are to be made publicly available. Unless otherwise approved, agencies must publish all
procurement contracts valued over $2 million on the Tenders website or, if that is not practicable,
provide details of who to contact to obtain a copy of the contract.
The following table provides details of purchases in excess of $2 million made under panel contract
arrangements. In these instances, the lead agency has undertaken a tender process and entered
into contracts with a number of providers for the provision of goods and services, and agencies
raise purchase orders with one or more of these suppliers when the particular goods and services are required.
