be used to enable Government Agencies to identify those who have downloaded tender
specifications. If there have been changes to the specifications during the course
of a tender then those that have downloaded the specifications will be notified
via email. Other than your email address, the rest of the mandatory personal information
required is collected as a means of contacting you should the need arise and if
contact via email is not a suitable option. Your details will also be recorded when
you lodge a tender response, so that Government Agencies have a clear record of
exactly who has responded to each tender. The information you enter will only be
used for tendering related matters. You will be contacted only in relation to tenders
you have shown interest in, or to confirm any changes made to your details.
If you choose to do so, you will also be informed via email of any new tender opportunities
in your chosen categories of interest. The information you provide may also be used
by the Department of Treasury and Finance to produce statistical reports concerning
the ongoing use of this website. Information in these reports will not disclose
any information that would allow the identification of individuals.
The information is necessary in order to successfully register on the website. If
you choose not to provide this information then you will be unable to register on
this website and the services available to registered users will not be provided.
Your personal information will be used for the primary purpose for which it is collected,
and may be disclosed to law enforcement agencies, courts and other organisations
authorised to collect it.
Your basic personal information (name and address) may be disclosed to other public sector bodies where
