Tenders will be invited for enabling infrastructure works including bulk rock removal, site preparation and early service infrastructure works to support the delivery of a 103-lot residential subdivision.



  • North
  • 1. If the Tenderer is a corporation, the Tenderer must not be an externally administered body corporate (as defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act).
  • 2. If the Tenderer is a subsidiary of another body corporate (for the purposes of the Corporations Act), that other body corporate must not be an externally administered body corporate (as defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act).
  • 3. If the Tenderer is a corporation, the Tenderer must have the corporate power to enter into, and perform, the Contract.
  • 4. If the Tenderer is an individual, the Tenderer must not be an insolvent under administration (as defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act).
  • Note: If the Tender is a Joint Bid, each of the conditions for participation apply separately in relation to each entity forming part of the Joint Bid.
  • Roads and Bridges
  • Only Contractors prequalified with Building Tasmania under the National Prequalification System for Civil (Road and Bridge) Construction Contracts in the Roadworks/Bridgeworks Category R1 with a Financial Level of F5, or higher, are eligible to tender for this project.

  • Date and time: Thursday 5 November 2026 at 1pm (Hobart time) ~
  • Persons who wish to attend the briefing session must pre-register with the Contact Officer on or before Wednesday 4 November 2026 at 12pm (Hobart time).
