Homes Tasmania invites tenders seeking the provision of professional services to undertake a review of the Tasmanian Housing Register and associated policies and processes.

  • State-wide
  • 1. If the Tenderer is a corporation, the Tenderer must not be an externally administered body corporate (as defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act).
  • 2. If the Tenderer is a subsidiary of another body corporate (for the purposes of the Corporations Act), that other body corporate must not be an externally administered body corporate (as defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act).
  • 3. If the Tenderer is a corporation, the Tenderer must have the corporate power to enter into, and perform, a contract for the delivery of the Supplies in accordance with the Contract Information Table, the General Conditions of Contract and the Specification.
  • 4. If the Tenderer is an individual, the Tenderer must not be an insolvent under administration (as defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act).
  • 1. Note: If the Tender is a Joint Bid, each of the conditions for participation apply separately in relation to each entity forming part of the Joint Bid.
