Description

Engagement of a single statewide contractor (or multiple regional contractors) to provide preventative maintenance services for all fire related assets, including electrical generators, switchboards and fire doors across Department of Health and Ambulance Tasmania facilities.Tenderers have the option to tender for either a statewide contract or regional contracts.

Prequalification

The applicable Financial Limit depends on the contract option selected (Statewide or Regional). Refer to Attachment 7 to RFT Volume 1 for more information.
Only Contractors prequalified with the Department of Treasury and Finance Prequalification Scheme are eligible to tender. Tenderers must be prequalified at or above the financial limit specified, or to a value equal to or greater than the tendered price.
