  • An industry pre-tender briefing session about this RFT and the procurement will be held as follows:
  • Location: Risdon Prison – 672 East Derwent Highway, Risdon Vale, Tasmania.
  • Date and time: 23 September 2026 at 2:00pm (Hobart time)
  • Persons (limited to two (2) persons per registered tenderer) who wish to attend the briefing session must pre-register with the Contact Officer on or before 5:00pm 17 September 2026 (Hobart time), with the following information:
  • • Name of organisation; and
  • • Names and positions of those attending.
  • Attendance at the industry pre-tender briefing is a mandatory requirement for all tenderers.
  • A meeting link will be forwarded to attend the meeting to confirm the date and time. Only those requested to attend are permitted to attend.
