Tenderers are invited to partner with Stadiums Tasmania at UTAS Stadium and the Silverdome, delivering end-to-end food and beverage services across 170+ events from 2026-2030 and supporting anticipated attendance growth of 99%. The successful partner will play a pivotal role in elevating the fan and guest experience, providing everything from premium hospitality and event catering to high-volume retail grab-and-go offerings across a diverse calendar of sport, entertainment, expos and community events. The successful partner will be required to detail their high-volume catering experience, as well as their ability to manage external vendors such as food trucks and suppliers.
