This procurement is a covered procurement and is therefore subject to the provisions of one, or several of the Free Trade Agreements listed at the bottom of this page.

The procuring entity reserves the right to conduct negotiations with tenderers during this procurement process.

The Works involve the upgrade of Illawarra Main Road from the Perth Link Road to the Bass Highway to improve the road to a Category 1 standard and achieve a three-star AusRap safety rating.

  • Only Contractors prequalified with the Department of State Growth under the National Prequalification System for Civil (Road and Bridge) Construction Contracts in the Roadworks Category R3 and Bridgeworks Category B2, with a Financial Level of F10, or higher, are eligible to tender for this project.
