Redevelopment of Theatres, Day Procedures and Outpatients Clinics to extend the Mersey Community Hospital footprint by in-filling the void between blocks C and D, to create an extension of new floor area on ground floor and level 1 to accommodate outpatients, operating theatres and recovery wards, respectively and plant on roof.
