This RFT seeks to engage a single Microsoft Licensing Solution Provider (LSP) for Tasmanian Government Procuring Agencies, with the exception of the Department of Education.

It is intended this LSP provide all agencies with Microsoft products as per any agreement between the Crown and Microsoft for the Crown’s use of Microsoft products. The current relevant agreement is an Enterprise Agreement entered into between the Department of Health and Microsoft on 24 December 2018 (DoH Agreement).

The DoH Agreement includes an option for other Tasmanian Government agencies to join the enrolment. It is anticipated that procuring agencies will exercise this option. The DoH Agreement requires that all agencies enrolled under the Agreement use a single LSP. The successful tenderer will therefore be appointed as LSP under the DoH Agreement

As well as provision of Microsoft products, the LSP should be capable of performing licence management and other related services as required by the agencies.
