Description

The Department has received funding to progress the construction of a new Remand Centre to be situated at Risdon Prison. The Department will be seeking the services of a suitably qualified Contractor to provide Documentation and Construction Management Services to the Southern Remand Centre and RPC Facility upgrades.

The successful tenderer will be engaged using a Managing Contractor (Documentation and Construction Management model) with an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) component.
