Procurement of helicopter services for the movement of personnel, equipment and materials as part of operations that form part of, or compliment the South Coast Track Strategic Upgrade Project for the financial year 2015-2016. Services may also include the provision of suitably qualified ground crew and support roles to aerial operations.
