Description

The Department of Justice will be inviting suitably qualified Facilities Maintenance Contractor to tender for the maintenance of the following assets for a period of 5 years, with the opportunity for two extensions (a 3 year plus a 2 year extension):

Risdon Prison Complex (RPC), including the Southern Remand Centre (SRC)
Mary Hutchinson Women's Prison (MHWP)
Wilfred Lopes Centre (WLC)

Tenderers will need to be pre-qualified with the Department of Treasury and Finance for the category of Contractor undertaking Facilities Management and Maintenance for a value of $5 million or greater.
