Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified Catering Contractors who wish to be considered for the provision of Catering Services for the Tasmania Fire Services' Training Complex, Cambridge. Period of contract from (to be confirmed) until 30 June 2007 with an option for a 12 month extension.

Contractors must demonstrate the capacity to service a multi-functional facility and ensure adequate backup for staff absences. Contractors are to provide a brief profile which includes details of their business, current/past customers and quality assurance practices.
