Construct and fitout corporate office accommodation (approximately 1,137m2) for the Podium Office located at 10 Murray Street, Hobart which forms part of Stages 3 and 4 of the broader Parliament Square Redevelopment Project. Accommodation is set over two levels for approximately 70 to 80 Department of Justice employees.

The fitout design, consistent with the principles established for the Salamanca Building, is for a modern standalone building (approximately 1,137m2) which includes a multi-use open plan area, six senior private offices and a selection of meeting rooms, quiet rooms and conference spaces. The location of the Podium Office is immediately behind Parliament House, surrounded by Davey Street, Murray Street and Salamanca Place. A pre-tender briefing session will be held at 2:30pm on Wednesday 4 December 2019, at the Putalina Oyster Cove Meeting Room (G12), Ground Floor of Salamanca Building, Salamanca Place, Hobart.
