TESS are the current service provider for the speed cameras currently in use. For maintenance of these cameras, we need to have a contract with this supplier. The cameras will be decommissioned in the next couple of years, hence the 1+1+1+1+1 contract. This agreement will provide maintenance of the cameras until they are decommissioned.
