Description

The Department of Police and Emergency Management (DPEM) on behalf of Tasmania Police, Tasmania Fire Service, the State Emergency Service and Ambulance Tasmania are seeking to implement an integrated common Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system across the four services. Each service will maintain its own communications facility, but will operate from a single CAD platform.

Additional Information

Access to Attachment A and the Tender Response Form will require a password to be obtained from the ESCAD Project. Potential tenderers are required to contact the ESCAD Project by email at escad@police.tas.gov.au to be given the password. A pre-tender briefing will be held on Monday the 5th of October 2015, from 10am to 2pm, at 47 Liverpool Street Hobart. Potential tenderers are required to register through the ESCAD email address by 8am on Monday the 5th of October 2015. Please note that the closing date and time for this Tender has been changed with an extension of one week. The Tender will now close on Friday, 6 November 2015 at 2:00pm.
