Tourism Tasmania & Darklab Pty Ltd, the operator of Dark Mofo, entered into a Cooperative Marketing Memorandum of Understanding in March 2017. The MoU agreement references development of an annual marketing agreement to support the  marketing and programming of Dark Mofo. This agreement is for the 2018 Dark Mofo marketing and programming.
