There is a MANDATORY pre-quotation briefing session to be held at Milkshake Hill visitor services site; Milkshakes Spur 1 road at 11am Friday 22 September 2017, followed by an on-site inspection. Contractors are required to register their intention to attend this briefing. Please advise the Contact Officer (by email) of you intention by the close of business on Thursday 21 September 2017. Contractors wishing to quote will also be required to register at the pre-quotation briefing to be compliant with the conditions of the quotation. Requirements for attending the on-site inspection Attendees will need to bring • Food and drink for the day • Wet weather clothing, walking boots, safety helmet and any other PPE that they may need • Any other personal requirements
