The Networking Tasmania III Core Services Agreement includes:

  • data transmission, switching, routing and security between customer networks, external networks and services;
  • network design, capacity planning and monitoring;
  • external gateways for Internet and other services;
  • security services to protect, monitor and respond to security incidents;
  • value-added services including proxy services for internet and intranet access by staff, address and domain management for whole-of-government and content filtering across all Internet download; and
  • a contemporary help desk service and primary supplier role across all NT services.
