Leadership capability throughout the Department of Economic Development will be delivered through two programs. The Leading Edge Program will be aimed at the Department's senior leadership group. The nature of the Program will be highly conceptual and outwardly focussed. The Take the Lead Program will be aimed at emerging frontline leaders. The successful tenderer will be contracted to provide and deliver program content for both the Leading Edge Program and the Take the Lead Program
