Description
The contract requires the use of a modified wedges analysis based on the Princeton University approach to identify the potential greenhouse gas emission reductions achievable in Tasmania up to 2050 using State-based policy measures under plausible assumptions. The contract also requires additional analysis of the potential emission reduction actions to assess their relative benefits and costs and socio-economic impacts, and the effects of the proposed national CPRS and RET scheme.
