TMD, a division of the Tasmanian Department of Premier and Cabinet, seeks to establish a standing offer arrangement for a billing and expense management solution with one or more Suppliers.  The solution is to replace in-house systems for the billing of a range of telecommunications and IT services, to improve automation and efficiency and to enhance business intelligence.
