The Department wishes to establish a standing panel of suitably qualified contractors with skills, experience and capacity in gathering business requirements and developing online ‘smart forms’. 

The forms are related to business to government transactions in the area of business licences, applications, renewal or other business related activity requiring a form to be submitted to a government agency.

Panel contractors will have the opportunity to quote on a range of smart form development projects over the term of the panel contract.
