The Department invites quotations to conduct an evaluation of the Intelligent Island Market Access and Partnership Program (MAPP), to assess the program's effectiveness in achieving its goals.

The evaluation will include a review of program reporting as well as profiling of MAPP funding recipients.

The evaluation is expected to be completed by mid-July 2013.
