This contract involves printing approximately 900,000 registration renewal notices, 70,000 registration labels, 130,000 licence data cards, 1.2 million envelopes and other letters each year, as well as personalisation of these documents, stock management, document collation and mailing services.

Under the contract the following goods and services are to be provided to the Registration and Licensing Branch -
  • Production and personalisation of registration certificates
  • Production and personalisation of registration certificates incorporating a label for heavy vehicles
  • Production and personalisation of licence data cards
  • Letter production and personalisation
  • Production of envelopes
  • Stock management
  • Document collation and processing services
  • R&LB Office external mail pick up and delivery
