The Three Capes Track is a project to establish a multi-day iconic bushwalking experience on the Tasman Peninsula in south-eastern Tasmania.
Tenderers are invited to construct 3 portions of the walking track, 2.8 km, 2.4 km and 1.4 km in length. This includes clearing the track corridor, ground preparation, drainage, subsurface, and surface works. It excludes huts and related infrastructure like toilets, heli-pads, and water tanks; car parks; water transport infrastructure; and helicopter transport.
Further portions of walking track will be tendered separately.
This Project is subject to the approval of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Public Works.
