Clause 4.2 of the contract states that: “If the Contracted Services have not been completed by the expiration date of this Agreement, then the Crown may extend the Term by written notice to enable the Consultant to complete the Contracted Services.” However, we note that it is highly unlikely that the contracted services will not be completed by the completion date and we therefore expect that a contract extension will not be required.
