The Department of Treasury and Finance is seeking tenders from suitably capable and experienced construction companies interested in providing the following multi-disciplines for the renewal of Princes Wharf Shed No 1: construction; demolition; hazardous materials removal; electrical; mechanical; communications; audio visual; intelligent lighting; and fire protection.

Prospective tenderers are advised that this project is subject to the approval of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Public Works pursuant to the provisions of the "Public Works Committee Act 1914". To be eligible to submit a conforming tender, the following services must be provided by a contractor pre-qualified with the Department of Treasury and Finance: • Electrical services; • Mechanical services; • Fire services; and • Building systems – monitoring and control. If a proposed contractor is not currently pre-qualified, the Tenderer must ensure that the contractor is pre-qualified with the Department of Treasury and Finance before the closing date for the tender submissions.
