Tenders are invited from appropriately qualified and experienced commercial real estate companies to undertake and manage the marketing process and achieve a successful sale of the Crown owned property, Henty House, 91-97 Charles Street, Launceston.  The successful tenderer will be required to demonstrate; extensive organisational and key personnel experience in completing multiple successful sales of major commercial properties, the potential of the organisation to maximise market exposure, and knowledge of and experience in the local commercial real estate market.
