Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified Cleaning Contractors who wish to be considered for the provision of Cleaning Services for the Tasmanian Fire Services' Training Services and Engineering Services complex, Cambridge, incorporating an approximate floor area of 1,550 sqaure meters. Period of Contract is from 04 July 2005 until 31 December 2006 with an option for extension.

Contractors must demonstrate the capacity to service a multi-functional faclity and ensure adequate backup for staff absenses. Contractors are to provide a breif profile which includes details of their business, current/past customers and quality assurance practices.
