Modifications to ward 1B North to create a quarantine/isolation unit that meets the current standards.  This project involves building modifications to create 1 off single bed quarantine room, 3 off single bed isolation rooms, 1 off two bed isolation room and 1 off four bed isolation room.  Modifications to create three separate 10 bed zones, modifications to the services areas and building works associated with the installation of mechanical & electrical services.
