Late tenders will not be accepted. Please download a copy of Evaluation Criteria.xls in addition to the RFT/s as this document provides important information about how your tender will be assessed. Extension of Contract will depend on whether ratepayers object to their valuations, as the valuer would need to review their original valuation. This could occur within or after the original contract period end date. The revaluation fee is $100 per revaluation and the number of revaluations cannot be estimated.
