To develop the business requirements for a new Motor Registry System (MRS) for Tasmania.  This task includes undertaking a detailed examination and comparison of the business requirements of another Australian jurisdictions motor registry system.  The comparison will allow Tasmania to make an informed decision on whether it is viable to adapt or adopt another jurisdictions system, or to pursue a greenfields development option.

Response to this RFP is not restricted to only those organisations that have previously registered and pre-qualified with the MRProject. The preferred contractual arrangement is the use of the Tasmanian GITC.
