The Department of Economic Development is inviting experienced vendors to submit a tender to undertake the Community Capacity Building Program which identifies community organisations involved in, or interested in being involved in, employment projects that may be eligible for Partnerships to Jobs grant funding.  Additionally, tenderers will need to determine the capacity gaps that exist in these organisations and provide advice to them and to the Department on how best to address these gaps.
