This contract involves removing excess bitumen from sprayed seal surface by high-pressure water blasting at various sites across Tasmania. The successful tenderer will need to demonstrate they have a methodology and the correct specialist equipment to undertake this activity and are able to comply with DRAFT Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Resources, Roadworks Specification R58 - Seal Re-Texturing Using High-Pressure Water-Blasting - November 2006.
