Description

The construction of a new westbound Heavy Vehicle Driver Rest Area on the Bass Highway (A0249) between Westbury and Deloraine, including deceleration and acceleration lanes, heavy vehicle parking bays, through lanes, associated earthworks, drainage infrastructure (including culvert extensions, subsoil drains, and a detention area), pavement construction, bituminous surfacing, safety barrier systems, line marking, a concrete footpath, amenities building with wastewater system, street lighting, CCTV, fencing, signage, water service connections, watermain adjustment works, and all other ancillary works.
