• Operational Technical Services

This RFQ seeks quotes for the supply of the following goods and/or services:

Microsoft Cloud Support Services, including:

1. Service Health and Security monitoring, resolution advice and reporting;

2. Governance management, assisting with management of guest accounts, sites and groups;

3. Change advisory service, monitoring and advising of upcoming Microsoft changes and their impact on the Treasury operating environment;

4. Administration and support, supporting the internal Treasury IT team as required in order to provide 2nd level:

         a. Incident management, including working with Microsoft on behalf of Treasury to solve Cloud related issues; and

         b. Service request management, implementing tenant or Cloud product level configurations or changes.
