Change Manager services critical to the delivery of the Bluegum Portfolio – Electronic Medical Record (EMR) within Bluegum Health Transformation. Duties include operating in a fast paced, complex IT project-based environment, driving change initiatives across the EMR program to support a successful delivery of the EMR system and program. Translating change initiatives; conducting Impact Assessments, developing change management strategies and tactical change plans and communicate and create business readiness plans to support change.
