The Supplier must perform the following Services:

  1. Undertake a desktop assessment of supplied closure and rehabilitation documentation for the major industrial site currently operated by Liberty Bell Bay site (Site) to provide a summary risk assessment of environmental hazards.
  2. Review closure and rehabilitation documentation to assess cost estimates for preparing land for future (industrial) use, identifying options that may reduce or mitigate costs, including partial Site remediation for alternative uses.
  3. Identify any sampling or investigation requirements needed to provide confidence in the advice and cost estimates.
