The Supplier must deliver training services by facilitating professional development (PD) workshops for the Tasmanian vocational education and training (VET) sector, including bespoke PD sessions to VET teachers, trainers and assessors from Principal endorsed Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).

The Services must also achieve the following key objectives:

  1. Support networking opportunities for participants to connect, share experiences and learn from each other.
  2. Support participants to build their skills and capabilities relevant to delivering outcomes in the VET sector.
  3. Reduce barriers (namely cost and course availability) to the uptake of professional learning.
  4. Assist RTOs to support and retain a quality VET workforce.
