Specialist Project Manager services critical to the delivery of Integrated Services within Bluegum Heath Transformation. Contract services include, but are not limited to collaborating with program and project managers, delivery teams, finance and business stakeholders to review and uplift Portfolio Management capabilities within Bluegum, identifying business issues and challenges, driving uplift in project control functions, reviewing risk management and reporting practices, and working closely with the Quality Assurance Advisor to ensure project governance is upheld.
