The works the subject of this RFT includes:

  • Demolition of the existing Joan Marshall Building and construction of a new building that prioritises the delivery of 18 renal dialysis bays; and
  • Modifications to the surrounding car parking area to improve building entry and egress and associated amenities. This will include a new undercover patient and visitor drop-off zone, a landscaped courtyard to the rear of the new building, and improvements to the soft landscape across the KMCHC site.
