Description

The Office of the Valuer-General is seeking tender submissions from suitably qualified valuers for statutory valuation services.

Statutory Valuation is required under the Valuation of Land Act 2001 for the provision of Statutory Valuation Services for the Municipal Areas of Break O Day, Brighton, Burnie, Central Coast, Circular Head, Clarence, George Town, Meander Valley, Northern Midlands and to complete a Fresh Valuation for the Municipal Areas as at 1 July 2025 for three valuation bases – Land Value (LV), Capital Value (CV) and Assessed Annual Value (AAV)
