Description

The Department of Education for Children and Young People (DECYP)’s MyLogin identity management system actively automates the provision of system accounts, privileges and permissions for all staff and students that fall under their identity provision umbrella. This includes TasTAFE, TASC, OER, TRB and other statutory bodies, with the estimated number of active accounts being in the vicinity of 40,000. There are six developed connectors to other DECYP systems.

MyLogin, a rebranded Sailpoint (SP) system, has been operating within DECYP since 2018. This critical core business system is currently operating on version 8.4 P1. DECYP will be looking for a vendor to provide support (maintenance/lifecycle) and development services.

An industry pre-tender briefing session about this RFT and the procurement will be held as follows: online via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday 17 September 2024, at 3pm (Hobart time). Persons who wish to attend the briefing session must pre-register with the Contact Officer on or before Tuesday 17 September 2024, 9am (Hobart time). The Contact Officer will then provide a link to the meeting.
