Provision of a consultancy report and presentation to the Tasmanian Waste and Resource Recovery Board (WRRB) detailing a Governance review, identify and gaps and make recommendations for the WRRB, including:

  • Adequacy of WRRB policies (considering applicability of various State Government (NRE Tas) policies and good governance practices;
  • Compare WRRB policies with those of similar standing within the Tasmanian Government;
  • Suite of policies and procedures for adoption by WRRB;
  • Content and format of WRRB meeting agendas and minutes including how resolutions and action items are structured and recorded;
  • Format of reports tabled at WRRB meetings;
  • Timeframe for agenda circulation and minute preparation;
  • WRRB’s risk framework and Risk Register;
  • Preliminary assessment of the adequacy of WRRB structure; and
  • Other governance issues which may be identified during the review.
