A consultancy to deliver a draft Investment Decision Framework with appropriate supporting documentation for the WRR Board. The objective is to develop a robust and consistent decision making framework that allows for landfill levy funds to be wisely invested for the long term development and benefit of Tasmania’s economy and society. In particular, the consultancy is to obtain specialist economic and financial expertise to assist the Board develop suitable decision-making frameworks for assessing a range of risks when funding is sought by proponents from the Board.
