Refurbishment works at the 10 Wilsdon Street unit complex in Queenstown. This unit complex consists of 12 single bedroom units in the main building and two additional detached units. The scope of the refurbishment includes refurbishment of the individual units and the shared areas of the complex including corridors, laundry, storage areas and communal recreation area.
