The Strategic Conservation and Asset Management Plan is a conjoined conservation plan and asset management plan. Its purpose is to guide the RTBG Board, Director, and staff in best practice management of the gardens to ensure assets are maintained to safe and appropriate standards for the 
next 10 years.
