The Department is seeking to engage with an implementation partner for services to further deploy and integrate the NicheRMS product (known within Tasmania Police as ‘Atlas’). The services required include technical services (such as configuration of NicheRMS, integration of it with other Tasmania Police applications, and migration of data to NicheRMS) as well as business and project services (such as management, business process modelling and design, and organisational change management support). The nature of the services required is as follows (noting that the implementation partner will be required to lead some elements of the scope, whereas others will be in a supporting role):
